The EZRip from Industrial Tool International combines measuring, marking, and ripping into one simple operation. It features a lightweight, telescopic design, engineered for super-fast drywall ripping with convenient storage for 10 additional drywall blades. The EZRip vastly improves the efficiency of drywall cutting and completely eliminates traditional training time. With EZRip you select the scale that corresponds to the number of inches of wallboard that you wish to leave, or the scale that corresponds to the number of inches of wallboard you wish to cut. Choose from four measuring scales. Depress the locking button and move the adjustable block to the selected setting. Position EZRip on the drywall panel so that the adjustable block is mounted against one edge of the panel. EZRip is then drawn along the panel while depressing the handle on the stationary block, causing the razor sharp blade to penetrate and rip the dimension selected. EZRip is lightweight and compact with a physical measuring surface of only 2 feet; yet it rips drywall with mathematical precision up to 12 feet. The use of EZRip is not strictly reserved for drywall professionals. It can also round out the preferred toolbox of the homeowner and "do-it-yourselfer," by aiding in the most ambitious remodeling job.
