From the Manufacturer This Weather Guard aluminum quick clamp van ladder rack is designed to make the loading and unloading your ladder an easy, one person operation. The ladder hooks on the front end of the side rail have been extended and angled outward for easier loading of ladders in tight spaces. Lean the top of the closed ladder against the front hook and swing the ladder onto the rack. Close the Quick Clamp gas spring- assisted clamping mechanism, and you are ready to go. Ladder stops are adjustable from front to back and for height to hold the ladder more securely. Side rails run the full-length of the van and are hooked on the front end, providing a convenient pivot point. The patented Quick Clamp mechanism can be locked with a padlock for security of the ladder. The entire rack is finished with Weather Guard Equipment WG-TI Brite White finish. The distinctive red tips are your assurance of Weather Guard Equipment quality. Additional support and stability is provided by the addition of center mounting clamps. Model 233 - 3 accessory cross member is available to allow you to accommodate both short and long ladders and will also provide additional support.
